When I met Frank, I had a lot of form issues I was aware of that, despite a decade of time in the gym, and despite going through about 5 personal trainers, I was never able to have identified or fixed. After a few minutes of working with Frank, he was able to identify both my macro and micro issues with mobility holding back my gains and potentially risking injury, and since then has helped me fix those and make significant improvements in general strength, mobility, and health. Additionally, his friendly and flexible style means that whether I need to be pushed to focus or engaged on that day, I’m always getting the most effective session I can manage
